Review of The Return of the Bier Keller

Unfortunately on this occasion the service was very poor. Took half an hour for someone to acknowledge that we hadn’t been served and other tables around us were being served. Also little control of the younger customers who were potentially underaged and all moving around and mixing tables.

Review of Bringing back the bier 

Venue had a very unpleasant smell and was chilly. Also did not serve food. We came here to celebrate a 30th birthday but was disappointed and left within the hour of arrival. Couldn't hear the waiter to order drinks as the music was so loud, but the song choices were OK and other tables appeared to be having a good time singing. Wouldn't recommend for older/ mature adults. 

Didn’t get to go to this event as a result of Covid restrictions in Newcastle. Repeated attempts to contact both Skiddle and beir Keller got me nowhere in relation to a refund, not even a reply, wouldn’t recommend booking in the current climate, having to go through my card company for a refund. Terrible customer services. Have a booking for cityvaults (same company) feeling it’s going to be a repeat of this scenario. 

Took over 45 minutes to get served one drink 

Refused entry for apparently being too drunk when all of my party was sober
