Review of Bongo\'s Bingo Newcastle Presents: The Vengaboys Friday Special
Was a great venue, unfortunately our night was spoiled after an hour as myself and a friend weren't allowed back into the event due to mistaken identity from the bouncers. But all in all would certainly go again.

Review of Bongo\'s Bingo Newcastle Presents: The Vengaboys Friday Special
Amazing night, the atmosphere was great and the whole concept of the evening was perfectly thought out. The prizes were great, the music was great and the pace of the game and the breaks were spot on. Feel like it's slightly dangerous getting on wobbly benches when drunk but it was really fun. And since the boiler shop has such a high ceiling it made it feel really big and busy but open at the same time. Couldn't fault the night.

Review of Bongo\'s Bingo Newcastle Presents: The Vengaboys Friday Special
Best night out ever!! What could be better than bingo, poptastic music and the Venga boys - have danced, laughed and drank so much in ages. Top marks and can't wait for the next one!

Review of Newcastle Vintage Weigh & Pay
This was our first time at one of these. After seeing an invite via face book for this event we were curious about it all. How it worked, what would be there and decided that there was only one way to find out more and go and have a look.
It was easy to find and the venue looked like it was made for the day. It was well set out, light and airy. The music was loud but fitted the event perfectly. The clothes were well set out and there was space to look.
We took our mum with us and after a little while she wandered off to sit and have a drink at the end of the hall. When she felt up to it she just wandered back to us.
We were there about 2.5 hours and really enjoyed ourselves. The racks of 80s clothing had us in fits of laughter as we had experienced that decade first hand.
It's a great experience even if you don't buy anything, we bought a few things but that wasn't what made the day. We had fun, had a laugh, had a drink, watched others laughing at some of the clothes they discovered.
The staff were great, friendly and helpful and it's all you need.
We are looking forward to them coming back, we will go not to buy the clothes (but probably will) but to just spend an enjoyable afternoon.
