Lost Minds Festival

Lost Minds takes place Saturday 12th July 2025.

Lost Minds is located at Exhibition Park in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Lost Minds opens 1pm - 11pm

Last Entry 7:30pm 

Yes you must be 18 or over to attend Lost Minds. You may be asked to show photo ID as there is a Challenge 25 policy upon entry and at all bars on site. Challenge 25 will be in operation from 12pm onwards.

You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink into Lost Minds, but they do have fully stocked bars and food stalls.

You cannot enter Lost Minds with the following:

- Pets / Animals

- Aerosols (Inc: Deodorant, Air Horns)

- Alcohol/Food

- Cameras (DSLR etc, Compact Cameras are fine!)

- Children Under 18 (Leave these with Nan)

- Illegal Drugs (Inc: Powders, Legal Highs, Poppers, Nitrous Oxide)

- Glass

- Chairs

- Umbrellas

- Selfie Sticks

- Flag Poles (Flags Okay!)

- Masks / Face Garments (PPE is okay)

- Explosives (Inc: Blowtorches, Fireworks, Flares / Smoke Bombs, Lantens)

- Firearms, Weapons, Sharp Objects

All persons must be searched on entry.

No, but you may bring a bag (this will be searched on entry).

There are no pass outs at Lost Minds.

All bars at Lost Minds operate a Token System; you will need to purchase these via the Token Office (Payment via Cash/Card, they offer Cash Back). Food/Stalls/Fair is Cash.

Lost Minds is a festival - go wild!

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

Public transport is encouraged as Lost Minds is located in central Newcastle. There are no official customer car parks but there is plenty of on road street parking with pay meters and 24-hour secure car parks nearby.

The Festival is on a flat field, with disabled toilets. There are hard standing path ways around the park for accessibility. Please notify Lost Minds before hand if you are on crutches or wheelchair so they can greet you at the gate and assist with queues at tickets@dancegenevents.co.uk. Please be aware, the location is a greenspace park and as such there are certain areas of the festival that are only accessible by entering grass sections of the park, such as the Main Arena, Megadome etc. Please make your carer aware beforehand so you are prepared for every eventuality.
