Marti Pelliow and supporting acts were amazing,but ticket price was a RIP off,I paid for Marti Pellow headlining and was advised as such, but them a week before Ibiza orchestra was headlining,£150 for 2 tickets which included VIP for and hour of act I wanted to see ripped us off big time, also offering g £20 tickets on the day and I also could of got a free one as offering tickets to charity work,not value for money.

Ot was turned into a martial pellow concert with and hour of ibiza orchestra at th end. Which isn't what I paid for. Tried to put a complaint and th customer service is horrific. Tried to get my money back. I'm going to take it further, spent over hundred pound and didn't get what I paid for. Absolute s**t show of an event!!!

Paid for vip tickets and the toilets were appauling. Could of paid for standard tickets and had front view of stage. People were there early when we got in and had already got their position for the stage before us and had only paid less than half the price for their tickets with similar toilets. Attendants were not very informative with regards to entry point into the festival. We had to walk right around the park as well as another couple before eventually finding it which was then about 4pm. The whole organising of the event was appalling.

The worst experience I've ever had!
Paid for VIP which was a waste of money! Queues were 20 minutes long for toilets, ran out of alcohol straight away! Understaffed and didn't have a clue on handling people!

Review of Summer Lovin Live Festival
The lack of communication/info about the park and what you could take in was extremely frustrating. We were told no chairs/umbrellas were allowed only to find when we got there people with both. Entrance info was vague, walked to Richardson Road to find had to go to Barrack Road which can't find any info that told us that - other people said same. Some of the security were extremely rude to people too, but customer service training might be worth considering. I do have my doubts that I'd book to attend an event at this location again.

Review of Noughty 90's Festival Newcastle 2024
The vip toilet was absolutely disgusting... Had no water to wash your hands! all the Toilets was back up with loo roll. Couldn't flush them will not be buying a vip ticket as its not worth the money..

The bar had ran out of drinks and the prices were extortionate. The live orchestra we waited for sounded like a school band so we left. The DJ in between the acts was good, Marti Pellow was surprisingly good but the orchestra was a total left down, would have rather had Marti Pellow on last to finish the night.

Summer Love in was a truly enjoyable experience.the full show from start to finnish had a wonderfull vibe. Well worth the price . Made my weekend after the dissapointment of Friday nights show
