Loved seeing Marti Pellow but event was an absolute joke so badly organised. No signs or directions in park to know where to go. Asked a steward wherr disabled access was and how to get thru and he was unbelievably rude and didn't believe I was disabled and needed my carer to be let thru the fire exit even though I was on my mobility scooter and wearing my disability lanyard! Stress can really exasperate my condition so lucky i didnt have one of my episodes as a resulr. His attitude was despicable and found other stewards also rude and abrupt. After Al,lthe hassle Marti had to leave the stage early due to the rain so felt rather let down all round. I'll never attend one of these events again. Poor organisation and bad attitudes. Feel like a waste of time and money.

We had the best day, I was there last year and there was no comparison to this year it was unreal. Could do with the toilets being cleaned throughout the day. I couldn't get any wine but I look forward to next year.

the vip area was in no way VIP and to be knocked clean out by a male jumping the fence was a joke ! there was no running water in toilets and people using drugs with 0 staff or police involvement. absolute shambles considering I've requested a refund with 0 response from the organisers!

Great night. Drinks over priced. It's a shame the big screens weren't in use . As view from back poor.
Toilets could have been checked throughout the day ! Overall had a good time.

The gig overall was great but the system for toilets was not as good as other gigs I've been to in Leazes Park. There were no urinals for men to use as there have been previously so this meant there were very big queues for portaloos at some points of the night. This queue was also not monitored at the beginning of the night causing even more delays as people skipped the queue.

There were also big queues for leaving as there seemed to be only one exit open for everyone.

Other than that, we had a great time.

VIP tickets were absolute rip off ! The area allocated for vip was ridiculous could have paid a lot less for a much better view, Directions to venue were none existent no signs to follow everyone confused with where to go, drink prices were sky high and toilets were unusable by the end of the night, Ali ....ub40... was fantastic but venue and security was a joke.

Badly sign posted entrance and where stages were inside. No times for line up available on any stage. £35 for a bottle of wine who do they think they are even creamfields is not that greedy. Came home early as it was not good especially when you could not know when artists were on where. Refused to give anymore of my money to a ?'? fest.

Paid for VIP tickets and vip toilets not worth money at all and think we deserve a refund, you are mikes away from stage and cannot see a thing, the toilets were not fit for human consumption, there was no toilet paper, couldn't flush toilets and there was no water to be able to wash hands, by end they were swimming in urine and just letting anyone in, very very disappointed

First event I've ever stumped up for 'VIP' tickets and been further away from the stage than any other punter. Proper tin pot event. Avoid

I only went to see Marti Pellow, as you had him headlining, I was disappointed along with many other people that he was given a short slot of I hour. Marti was brilliant and deserved longer.
I did not stay after Marti's performance.
I paid £83 for a VIP ticket back in May which I do think was overpriced/ rip off, as you were practically giving tickets away a week before the event and people were upgraded once in there without paying the extra. The VIP extras were nothing special either.
The communication was appalling, not answering anyone's queries on social media.

Paid for VIP for a wedding present for my wife so we got VIP tickets. There was 12 toilets for 200_300 people which was disgusting condition no m/f everyone mixed in. We were 30-40 away to the side of stage so everyone who didn't get VIP tickets stood in front of us, drugs were every where. By 9.20 my wife was just about stoned by the green that was been used everywhere.. absolutely nothing VIP about the show and how we were treat, extremely disappointed......
