Review of UB40 ft Ali Campbell In The Park | Leazes Park, Newcastle
The event itself wasn't organised very good, there wasn't enough toilets to accommodate the amount of people there, people were not searched properly as people had drink and drugs allowed, which escalates into fight near the end with no security around, . The music before UB40 came on could of been better .

Review of Noughty 90's Festival Newcastle 2024
The venue ran out of alcohol at half 5 despite on the website saying "fully stocked bar". We left at 7pm, as all there was to drink were spirits (11 quid for a single) or bottles of prosecco (45 quid). I spent 40 quid on my ticket and could only stay for an hour and a half as I couldn't afford these options. Absolutely avoid, I also tried to contact customer service and got no response.

Review of Noughty 90's Festival Newcastle 2024
There was no point to buying VIP, no special area for VIPs for the dance stage, using VIP to cut ques was useless, as the qué wasn't even bad by the time I got there. I won't be getting VIP again if I ever decide to go to this event again.
There was alot of rowdy people that were very drunk, arguing and fighting with people, people were so inconsiderate falling on me and my sister, banging into us, of course you can't control the people at these events very well, but it really just made the whole thing feel unsafe, if there was a VIP section I feel it may have felt safer from the crowds of rowdy people, the audience of people that this event attracts is not friendly or considerate, and I am unlikely to ever come back. It seems you can only enjoy this event if you're completely drunk. The music was good on the dance stage, but we couldn't stay long due to how unsafe people made it, Massive waste of money.

Review of UB40 ft Ali Campbell In The Park | Leazes Park, Newcastle
was great really enjoyed the ub40 gig .
apart from the rip off prices at the bar of ÂŁ6.50 the cheapest for any type of drink one can.
Also not being allowed to take a camp seat but you can take a blanket didn't make sense to me?
Also not enough portoloos for the number of people

Review of UB40 ft Ali Campbell In The Park | Leazes Park, Newcastle
Me and my partner paid ÂŁ200 for the VIP experience and the was nothing VIP about it stuffed to side out the way couldn't see the stage to the point we joined everyone else round the other side so played the extra money for no reason, and don't even get me started on the toilet situation it was absolutely disgusting to the point I dare say animals have better facilities then we where expected to use. The music however was fantastic and UB40 did not disappoint they where amazing !!

Review of Noughty 90's Festival Newcastle 2024
The prices were literally eye robbing . The toilets and facilities were the trampiest thing I've seen aswell bear in mind there was cleaners everywhere . No point in buying the vip coz there was no difference at all it was a con . Other than that the music side of it was super fun and vibes were brilliant . Kind of a shame that the venue itself has had to ruin me wanting to go back
