false advertisement on opening times and ques are ridiculous missing half off the show

the music & sets are brilliant. but false advertisement on nx behalf as we pay for 11-4 sets. but nx doors don't open till 11:30 and then it's about an hour and a half que if nx opened the doors when advertised they would , people would get in a lot faster and there'd be more time to enjoy the gigs. in my opinion quite pointless paying for 5 hour set tick*ts when you end up only getting 3 and a half hours show time

Arrived for opening, had to wait just over an hour to get into venue. Had similar experiences with NX in the past where waited over an hour and half to get in, but they check tick*ts in the queue and stamp your hand so unsure why this particular venue is so slow at getting everyone in. Would not return.

Great music and venue, only issue is the queue to get into the NX. seems to take forever to get people in, waiting around an hour in minus degrees isn’t ideal. But I also understand this isn’t a fault of the event itself. 10/10!
