My daughter came to venue last night and refused entry by security staff who were absolutely disgusting towards her asking for identification to get in she was absolutely devastated she did not get to use her tickets and she absolutely adores jordan she is so upset about this she was so looking forward to it and she did not get to see him if someone can contact me ASAP ot would be highly appreciated thanks in advance

Flew home from holiday to drive all the way to Liverpool where it was just a bunch of kids fighting Jordan played a few songs and everything got shut down absolutely awful venue and age should be rised so that immature thugs don't ruin it for the rest of us

i did not get into the even as security accused me of my own passport photo as proof of age was not me when it was infact me and turned me away.

couldn’t get in because on the tickets it said you don’t actually need id, so lots of people have been declined to entry it’s a joke i want a refund asap!!!!!
