Review of New years eve fiesta
Really poor organisation from my perspective, I had to queue for 30mins despite my ticket having q-jump, when I queried this with bouncers on the door and supervising the queue I received different answers and conflicting advice from each one, there was a female bouncer who was particularly unhelpful and really quite rude. Once the team let us in we didn’t receive a glass of Prosecco like our tickets said, nor did we know which floor our tickets were allocated to. Also, there were a number of people already in the club who managed to sneak in and not pay, or were just allowed to walk in without a ticket, again really poor monitoring and organisation on the door. Far too many people inside promoters definitely oversold tickets/let too many people in, female toilets quickly became dirty and blocked without any monitoring or cleaning up. Overall a really disappointing and expensive experience

Venue wasn’t anything like it was advertised, I.e limbo, entertainment etc… me and my girlfriend also paid £20 or whatever it was for a ticket when there was absolutely no need in a ticket. There was people from the main bar upstairs just walking down etc who didn’t have a ticket. Absolute s**t show.

Revolución de cuba has two floors and normally more pop dance in main room and slightly more latin vibes downstairs. We were expecting after paying £20 a ticket- £60 between us, soothing different from the main room as they play on a Friday. Found it boring so left after an hour
