Review of Manic Street Preachers
Never seen the manics before. Just awesome live. Atmosphere fantastic. All support bands really impressed me. Main reason for buying tickets was to see THE CRIBS again but would bd happy to see any of the other bands on. Even the rain couldnt dampen the spirits (nice touch handing out ponchos)

Bloody brilliant! Excellent night, absolute tunes from start to finish. Great atmosphere, and everyone having a good time. Loved every minute, would definitely go again!
Ticket price very reasonable, ale was steep at £8 a pint.

Review of Hacienda Classical - Newcastle
Having went to the last one held at Herrington Park in 2016, i have to say i have been left disappointed after attending this years event at Times Square.
The bar staff and facilities were inadequate - the pushing and shoving at one of the bars in particular could have been monitored by security to ensure safety. The whole atmosphere was not enjoyable due to being aware of 'pick pockets'. Having tried to enjoy ourselves with little success i was left feeling i had completely wasted my money on these tickets. Understandably last years venue was perhaps too big for the amount of people who attended so i can see why a venue change was necessary however it has been a bad move in my opinion. Having spoke to other people on the night of whom i did not know, i am not the only person who felt cheated by this event. Even the music quality and performance in comparison to last year wasn't up to the same standard. The one good memory i can take from this event was the advertisment of an 'after party' at another bar on the Quayside...here i got to meet the legend that is Graeme Park, here is where we found true music lovers and people having a genuinelly good time.
Next time i'd suggest leaving one off amazing events like this was last year as a one off altogether. True lovers of music should not have to suffer.

Outfit event and great weather so all made for a great event. Music was great, bar service very good. One bad experience by my husband was the burger bar. About £10 for burger s chips which after taking a bite, gave it back to chuck in the bin. They did however happily offer his money back without further question so well done for that.
Re ommend this venue, but be prepared to get wet. We're heading to see the Beach Bioy, Brian Wilson there again this afternoon so hopefully the weather will hold out.

Review of Hacienda Classical - Newcastle
Excellent gig. DJs started at 6.30. Main band on 8.30 - 10.30.
Good facilities. Not too crowded.
Advertising start times and support acts names was poor. More information required. Still don't know who the support DJs were. They weren't introduced on stage.

Orchestra and vocalists were amazing! Sound quality good. But by the time they came on it was far later than advertised and I felt they should have played for longer... or cheaper tickets
