White Swan Centre

White Swan Centre has been an integral part of Killingworth, and in fact all of North Tyneside for many years. The building itself hosts a library, council offices, a cafe and of course the community centre. The iconic building has been host to some spectacular events including theatre productions, corporate events, birthday and wedding parties. With our annual Christmas and Summer Fairs, we are used to the hustle and bustle of a busy and successful open-door event. Our hall can hold over 300 people at once and we have a stunning new cafe located on the premises, along with public toilets. Located in the centre of Killingworth, with the shopping complex just next door we really are the heart of the community. With the bus station immediately outside our doors, the centre is within easy reach of areas in Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland. The nearest metro station is Four Lane Ends. There is free parking adjacent to the centre in Morrison’s car park.
