About

START TO END perform
'STEVE McQUEEN' by PREFAB SPROUT

A performance of Prefab Sprout’s indie-pop classic second album Steve McQueen, played in full from Start to End to celebrate its 40th Anniversary, featuring some of Scotland's leading musicians.

Following a sold out celebration of Joni Mitchell in 2024 and multiple sellout shows performing albums by acts such as John Martyn, Carole King, Van Morrison, Cocteau Twins, Fleetwood Mac, Radiohead, David Bowie and many more, Start to End return to cover cult favourite Prefab Sprout with their 1985 album Steve McQueen.

Start to End strive to honour beloved albums by replicating them sound-for-sound and showing a deep love for the album as a work of art.

Alex Baylis - vocals/guitar

Sarah Hayes - keyboards/vocals

Andrew Cowan - guitar/vocals

Craig McMahon - keyboards

Martin Johnston - drums

Joe Rattray - bass
