Review of Into the Woods festival 2024
The location was great and we were so lucky for it to be a beautiful sunny day⦠it was especially cool when it got dark, with a lovely view of the Severn bridge and the trees around the stages were all lit upâ¦.and good to get your âextraâ steps in on the walk there and back!! But definitely not a site for bad/ wet weather!!
V cool music- was good for fans of tech/ minimal house, but would have been nice to have a bit more choice/ something a bit livelier rather than cool as well. Gaskin b2b with Elia Jaya, followed by Prospa were my DJ highlights. Met some friendly people for random chats.., but definitely a festival for people in their early 20s.
Sadly there was litter absolutely everywhere, which was not pleasantâ¦. it is a shame the bar didnât use re-usable cups and that there werenât any staff to clear up the rubbish or more bins. The drinks and food were very reasonably priced, compared to lots of festivals, but they should have also had free tap water, rather than having to pay £2 for a bottle of water.
Overall v pleased we went and would happily recommend the festival to people who I know would enjoy that sort of thing.
