The very high mark up on the price of food and drinks was totally ridiculous. How can you justify £3.50 for a can of Pepsi??????? I will definitely not be attending again

Music was fab but too long waiting for acts to come on too close that music was imploding into different sets. Head lining act 40 mind late with unknown songs food and drink too too expensive

I was lucky enough to get a blue light discount so ticket was free. But the drink prices inside the venue are shocking! £11.50 for a double vodka and Pepsi max is a rip off. Plus rides are £5 each and food can be expensive, do not get shisha either as it's £32 and doesn't taste of anything. Music is always the highlight and atmosphere is great. Just wish it was a kid free event with decent prices.

I booked the bus from Newport train station. It was sweltering on there, no blowers or air conditioning.
I took a new sealed sandwich with me due to allergies, they threw it in the bin, no explanation. There was nothing available inside for me to eat, which is why I took a sandwich.
Security were very inconsistent when checking bags. Some of the singers sounded awful, out of tune.

Terrible VIP Area this year compared to last year. Many things missing from last year and we felt the vip experience had gone backwards. Only a half stocked bar very little searing available for the amount of vip tickets sold! Certainly didn't feel VIP. Left after 45mins waste of money!!

Great venue, organisation, acts and food. Shame about the hugely overpriced cans that were mostly served at room temperature.

Don't know as the Blue Light Card tickets were only valid for entry before 5pm. Finishing work in hospital in Bristol at 4pm absolutely no chance of getting there, park and ride and get in before 5pm!

Great music and atmosphere but food and drinks really expensive and the range of drinks available was really poor. Wine at £35 per bottle. Not sold by the glass. No cider unless you had dark fruits. All very over priced

Music could have been a bit better. Lemar was so off key it was unreal. I think there could have been less acts that had longer stage time.
