Venue in an inaccessible location..park and ride way overpriced. Non existent taxi rank at end of evening resulting in many people wondering all over the place. Should have kept it at Tredegar Park. I won't be going again!

Really good , however I found it expensive for a can of lager bit overpriced I would say, also the rides were a bit expensive 5pound per head on Waltzers and other ride was 7.50 per head bit expensive

It was an amazing festival, food and drink were very expensive but for the 8 hours of fantastic music I would highly recommend this. I will definitely be going again.

The headline act was poor and only played for 29 mins. You need to make a better effort on disability access to the site, had to lift my mobility scooter over a number of kerbs as no ramps. Also the taxi situation was a shambles. On the advice of your website we booked with Dragon (Veeru) but at the end of the night we're told only black cabs allowed to where we were dropped off and had to walk over 1/2 mile to a different pickup point, this meant we missed our booked taxi. Also you should put the disabled toilets around the site and not all in one location which was the most further from the main stage you could get.

Liked the event overall but had a big issue with parking. I paid extra for car park and shuttle bus but no signs to car park and wasn’t able to find it. When I asked different members of staff they knew it was a problem

Had the best day/night in Party at the Park. The staff were the most friendly helpful people ever and the entire atmosphere was incredible, Martin Kemp was amazing as was Abbalicious.. will definitely be returning next year 🫶🩵❤️?'??'?🫶

We paid for park and ride and the bus never turned up so I had to drop off my disabled wife and then go and then go back and park and walk. The security guard throw away our baby bottle saying we couldn't bring it in. The advertising was false. Earth, Wind and Fire Experience said it ft Al McKay but it was by Al McKay. We were so disappointed with the whole event.
