Really enjoyed this comedy festival, great line up, good balance of being outside with enough seats for people, plenty of food options.
The line up could have done with being more diverse however.

Event seemed poorly organised - anything ‘free’ advertised was either called off or naff! Everhrhjng on site was ££££+. Allowing adults to dress inappropriately and get intoxicated in a child friendly environment was inappropriate.

Awful start with a very confusing question system and staff not knowing. On the way out then the park and ride was an hour wait with little communication from staff. Had we known this - would of gotten taxi. Comedy was fab though.

The comedy was excellent. A great line up with suitable breaks to grab food and drinks. The downside, a lot of the drinks options had run out even before the event, from previous events on site by the same organisers. If you didn't like budweiser or want a very expensive spirit, then you were out of luck. Food was expensive too, but at least there was a good choice available. I'd go again, I'd probably drive next time as its too expensive to have a drink even if you are a lager drinker.

The music was brilliant, venue a little remote but shuttle service worked ok, should have started earlier though to allow for people to leave when they want and not all at once! Prices were absolutely ridiculous, most of the drinks sold out - should allow people to bring food & drink in or lower prices, otherwise we would return if not for this. £6.50 for a can of warm budweiser is outraegous.

The event was marketed to kids ‘Disco Tots’ but clearly everything was catered to the adult event on the same site the night before. None of the advertised kids activities were there and other than a single tent for circus tricks there was nothing for our 5 year old to do. Even the rides were aimed at and only suitable for adults. I’m not sure what tots want CBD tea or vodka slushes. Really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely loved the event was so good can't wait for next year! Prices were a rip off though considering we already spent so much on tickets to be charged a fortune for children's drinks wasn't really fair

The event was poorly signposted as were the instructions to the Park & Ride. We met several cars lost after the app directed us to the Park and not the parking. We were then given poor directions at the gate to the parking. After waiting for the coach to the site we had missed the host and first act. At the end of the night we had to wait 45 minutes for a coach back to our car. The event would have benefited from more coaches being employed especially as we were all rightly encouraged to book a shuttle bus rather than attempt to park nearby. Comedy was good but surprised that host left early for her own train!

Great event, really well organised. Only comment is that it would have been nice to know the set list times and park & ride times slightly earlier to help with planning. Loved it and would definitely recommend.

There was nothing for my four year old to do. No inflatables no suitable rides. Did not see any fire acts or stilt acts. Prices were extreme

Booked tickets months in advance and by the time they bothered to announce parking there were no options for shuttle etc left all sold out! We couldnt find guaranteed parking and were traveling far so couldnt risk it! Noone answering phones or emails. Aweful

Absolutely nothing Tots about this day. No rides, no entertainment, nothing at all for children under the age of around 10 with the exception of a small circus tent which some circus objects.
Prices were unbelievable - supposed Mac and Cheese that was Penne pasta and an American cheese sauce for £10, a can of Budweiser for £6.50 and all of this was on top of the £72 we paid for a family of four.
Will not be going again.

Great line up as always. Friendly staff, good selection of food and drinks vendors on site. Well managed event and I will be back next year for sure!

A group of 6 of us didn't bother going after the absolute palava with parking. What family event doesn't allow parking or drop offs?! And letting people know this a week before the event is poor. Lugging the amount of stuff you need for babies/children etc into shuttle buses is not good

Terrible as there wasn't very much for the kids so don't get why you call it disco tots no inflatables nor bouncy castles no rides for kids all that was there was a little cramped tent with a few bits so falsely advertising

If some of the acts and activities didn't happen then why can't customers get a particular refund? We didn't get all that we paid for.

Not a ‘tots’ event as advertised, no rides for younger children, no characters wandering around as advertised, no child friendly food available (& extortionate prices!!) & some named acts did not appear.

Prices of food, drinks gifts etc is always too excessive. More so in this current financial climate. Maybe something to give hard working families as an incentive would sell way more
