Whilst the performance was good, the organisation left something to be desired.
The event organiser was almost impossible to get hold of in relation to disabled parking. The security on the car park knew nothing about disabled parking and had no way to communicate with anyone else to enquire. Event security knew nothing about the "posh" toilets for golden circle tickets. The only accessible toilet we found was pretty unpleasant.
The "private bar" for golden circle tickets holders was further away than the general bar. We did manage to get out of the event via an alternative gateway as trying to leave through the general entrance with everyone else would not have been nice for a wheelchair bound person. Better organisation, easier communication, more information for ticket holders, giving event staff information for any ticket holders with questions should be mandatory.

A nice night. Information in advance poor though - we didn’t know where we were going! An email a few days in advance with some details would have been much appreciated (Googling didnt find us much!). Food prices were a bit bonkers so we spent much less than we might’ve done.

Will definitely be attending future events! Best atmosphere and lovely and spacious! Not crammed like other events we go to, plenty of staff and the clean up crew was on the go all evening so it was so clean.

Really enjoyed the event but felt a little bit ripped off by the fact that we booked quite early then because it hadn’t sold out they did a half price sale so felt like a kick in the teeth to have paid double compared to many others….. won’t rush to book next time. No parking arranged at the event at all which really surprised me for such a big event. When we asked were we could park we were told “don’t know not from around here” - helpful! The gig itself was great especially the last three comedians.

It was a lovely night, well organised. Just found the food and drink prices very expensive. £6 for a can of cider / lager and £25 for a bottle of wine. Apart from this was a fabulous night.

I never received my ticket, when I queried it they said it would arrive in the week but never came.

Overall great night. Shame no nearer parking available and drinks expensive, but you expect that at a festival. Loos not bad and thought band did a good job between acts, but nowhere to dance as it was a seated event.
