Giddy Aunt / Beings / All Hail The Unambitious

This will be a truly eventful night featuring three amazing local bands.

GIDDY AUNT

Giddy Aunt are a Northants based Indie Rock band formed in 2024 after 3 ex Wishplants members wrote and recorded new material in 2023. After the songs were written and recorded it was then time to put a full band together for 2024. Two successful gigs at Tannerfest in July and The Musician in Leicester followed. The positive response was overwhelming and Giddy Aunt decided to put on this show with two great bands for Support. Their music can be described for the most part as upbeat foot tapping indie rocking bangers, and one for mosh pit lovers of the world. From dreamy trippy, space guitars and vocals, to heavier rhythms and beyond, creating a wall of sound with groovy drums and bass motoring all the way through. These 5 guys will blow the roof off !

BEINGS

Beings are a Northampton based outfit and have been going from strength to strength in recent years with previous shows already under their belts at The Black Prince amongst many others. Dirgy rhythms bolster slicing guitar lines, blanketed with abrasive synths & cathartic vocal deliveries For fans of Interpol, Radiohead, Foals & Squid.

ALL HAIL THE UNAMBITIOUS

Northants based 4 piece Alternative Rock band playing original music centered around the loss and heartbreak of a breakup. Main songwriter Benny Jones is a guitar ledgend around these parts, especially at Rushden's very own Oakley Arms music scene back in the good old days. This will be their first gig and well worth a watch.
