Review of The Greatest NYE Show 2018!
Definitely was not worth £22. Too packed to move around midnight, which was not a surprise as it was New Years Eve. However, fewer tickets could have been sold. Also drinks were ridiculously expensive for nothing that special - one VK and an Archers and Lemonade cost £12.

Review of The Greatest NYE Show 2018!
All 11 of us purchased the ‘Queue Jump’ tickets for £23. Upon arrival with 2 of my friends at Mantra, there was no ‘Queue Jump’ option available, so we had to queue! Whilst queuing, multiple people just seemed to walk straight in, which we questioned the bouncers about but they wouldn’t even speak to us. We were not drunk, or rude, and asked politely 3 times why there were people being let in without having to queue, when we had to wait. After queuing for about 20-25 minutes, we were then advised that our tickets (bought frlm Skiddle) were NOT valid to even get us in. We were then ordered to pay CASH to get in. Very suspiciously, the lady on the till and the man by the door would not let us pay by card. I was quite obviously dodgy and the money wasn’t going in the till, but we literally had no choice, and no help. So we paid another £25 EACH to get into the club. The night and music was supposed be a ‘Greatest Showman’ theme, when I’m reality I think I heard one song from the greatest showman all night. Normally I am very impressed with Mantra, but we were completely let down this time. To top it all off, we later heard that our other friends that came in AFTER us, were allowed in using the tickets that they bought off Skiddle. Seriously not impressed and I’m looking forward to seeing what you plan to do about this.

Review of The Day of the Dead Halloween Weekender - Mantra Norwich!
We spent £44 on 4 tickets for this event, to wait for over 2 hours in the rain and hail to never get into this event. We were in a queue with people who had no tickets at all, absolute waste of time and money. Absolutely appalled by the whole experience and extremely rude service on the doors. Would not recommend this event or club to anyone.
