Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
The toilets in club class where the exact same as the porter-loos, in fact the toilets in club class didn’t even flush half the time. The showers were cold and switched off every 30 seconds and there were not enough mirrors to use compared to how many people were using the club class facilities. I would not recommend and actually want a refund because quite frankly i would be better of having a shower in the water taps like everyone else.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
Live music was terrible, but djs were good
Atmosphere was poor because there wasn’t enough people there - there was definitely space for more people camping / day
Was one of the first people in to get a good camping spot. Then was told we had to fill up from the back. This was a joke and meant we had to wait another two hours until they let us closer. Stupid rule big festivals like reading and Leeds don’t do this stop trying to be over protective. If a festival with 90,000 people can manage I think sundown can.
Seat of luxury toilets were worse than portaloos; they didn’t even flush. Had to stand doing makeup and hair. Mirrors were blurry and not full length. Showers made up for it tho 100%

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
for a VIP pass there needs to be limited tickets. A small amount, there were too many tickets available for the little space there was. Hundreds of girls cannot be using what? 10 pairs of straighteners, making the queues long. I also didn’t plan to spend £35 to wait an hour and a half for a shower. There is too little showers for the amount of tickets sold. Would not recommend to anyone, have a better chance baby wiping

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
too many people were able to access clubclass therefore meaning the queues to use facilities were horrendous. Would not recommend to anyone as simply sold tickets to anyone with no limited access. use for showers took forever and crowds of people next to mirrors. NO COMPARISON TO SEAT OF LUXURY at latitude which was far better. thoroughly disappointed.

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Sundown Festival
Looked nothing like the online pictures, no seating to do makeup and queue for showers was hundreds of people long with only about 40 showers so they shouldn’t sell as many tickets. Thought the toilets and showers would be open 24/7 as it said on the website but they closed at 7 and opened at 7. Mirrors didn’t look like they had been cleaned at all even only on the first day. Not enough hair tools to fit the demand and amount of tickets sold.

limited toilets. spent more time in a q than my friends without a pass and using porter loos. often when I went there were blocked toilets, toilets that didnt flush, no loo roll or cornered off. disappointed there were so taps this year either, that was part of the reason why I wanted the pass.
