I am going to request a refund. We were told the carnival was outside. I'd like to think this would not refer to the funfair as this was there before. The behaviour, the people it was all very sloppy and uncomfortable I wasnt there for long at all.

The organisation pre- event is quite useless. But the event is probably one of the best in the city. They did have bus service at the end in this case as well, cheaper than using taxi. Prices there are good.
I would like for the organisers to share and publish each artist project, so we can check on them afterwards.
