Nuwave 16+: Halloween warehouse 

The launch of a brand new event for ages 16 & 17 only this halloween!

Where? We are located in huge warehouse space inside the Norfolk Showground arena! 

When? Sunday 27th October starting 4pm until 8pm!

What to expect? We will be transforming this arena space into a full festival scale production event with a huge stage, Co2, confetti, festival grade lighting, sound and LED screens, full halloween decor and of course some huge headline acts!

ENTRY POLICY

ID- All attendees must be ged 16 or 17 and have one of our below photo ID's. 

-Passport

-Drivers license/provisional 

-Citizens card or Pass card

-YOTI app (Government approved) 

NO PHOTOS OF ID WILL BE ACCEPTED NEITHER WILL BIRTH CERTIFICATES. 

ENTRY AND DRESS CODE

Our doors open from 4:00pm with a strict last entry of 6pm. Please do NOT start queuing any earlier than 3:30pm.

Our dress code is dress to impress however, we want each individual to feel they can express themselves with their choice of outfit. We have a cloakroom available inside the venue where you can safely leave coats/jumpers, this will be charged at £2per item.

This event is an alcohol free event. Alcohol will not be sold or displayed inside the club and will not be at any point during the event.

soft drinks will be available from our bar inside!

SEARCHES 

all attendees are subject to a search upon entry including pockets and bags. We also have a metal detector device which will form part of the searches.

All the below items are banned from this event. If any of the below items are found upon searches they will be permanently confiscated and may result in refusal of entry.

Banned items

-Any weapons including, Knives, sharp items, fireworks, explosives. 

-Vapes

-Cigarettes  & E cigarettes

-Lighters

-Aerosols including deodorant and any other sprays 

-Large bags 

-Hats or caps 

-Drugs or illegal substances 

If any attendee refuses searches or body scanning device they will be not permitted entry into the event. 

We will not tolerate any physical or verbal abuse towards our staff, security or any other attendees and this may result in a refusal of entry.

Safety and welfare 

Inside our event we have security scattered around the entire venue as well as on arrival to the site, queue area and outdoor breakout area. This is supplied by regency security with a amazing track record across the country. 

Inside we also have a full medical and welfare team who are there to serve where necessary. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or feel unwell or anything else where you might need help, please feel free to alert a member of security team who can radio for the medical team to help. 

On the day of the event, If any attendee is feeling unwell, We ask for them to avoid attending for the safety and wellbeing of our staff, the clubs staff & all other attendees.

All tickets are non refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
