Review of Little Bop Carnival | Family Mini Fest

I took my 3 year old child as the age range was advised 2-12 years. We was there for a total of 1.5 hours. The inflatable rides were not suitable for her at all so she was unable to go on any of them, the lazer tag was for 5 plus. The inflatable area was not big enough for the amount of people at the event. Totally oversold and over priced if your child is below 5. This event is for 5+ any children below 5 will not get the experience like older children! Finally the que for the face paint which really had no thought process at all how the whole place was set up, the que was going directly around the dance, it was ridiculous! people waiting in the direct sunlight for 30 minutes to que for face paint isn't ideal when you have to explain your 3 year old you have to stay there otherwise you miss your spot! No room to dance and i feel i waste my money. It has a great concept but couldn't stand the capacity of tickets sold. Ques are far too long and not enough space! Overall very disappointed in the whole experience.

Far too busy and overbooked. 30 mins queue to enter the event, so ended up getting into the event so much later then the start time. 40 mins queue for face painting, 55 min queue to get something to eat (food was also so overpriced and terrible). Spent the whole time in queues. Very badly planned and very underwhelming and will not be returning in the future.

Not long enough to enjoy all the activities, by the time we had queued and done the inflatable bits and the rodeo we had 20mins left, children were sad they couldn’t have their faces painted and no time to eat anything. Definitely should’ve been a 4 hour plus event. Didn’t seem worth the money. A shame as the last 20mins we spent near the stage was awesome

Great concept and vibe just far too long to queue for food considering it is a children’s event. Need more catering next time and more places to sit near the games area for those with disabilities. Otherwise lovely

It is a nice concept however tickets were oversold and just felt like the children were queueing up for 2.5 hours for different things

Review of SHABLAM! on Sundays

Considering it was the first Shablam on Sundays, it went very well. The acts were amazing. I went alone and felt safe. I would go again. The only thing they need to be clearer on is where the "exclusive seating with stage view" was for VIP tickets, so it's not mixed up with reserved seating for sponsors, as different staff said different things and all other seating was open to anyone, regardless of how much they paid.

Hey Binks,
You need to reassess your events this year as this wasn't a great opening party!
The sound was shocking, the Djs were good and doing their best but outside and inside music was muddled and nowhere near as loud as last year.
The VIP area was pants, likened to the Willy Wonka experience, shoddy and couldn't hear the music, definitely not worth the extra cash, wood chip played havoc with heels and sandals, drinks no different to the other bars and no covered or heated area.
Overall a Weird crowd, lots of wasted rougher people compared to previous events, very crowded, couldn't get near front of stage where music was louder.
Left early and didn't make it to after party!

VIP area was out the way! Nobody even directed us, we asked about 10 different people, however when we did find it, we were not impressed. You couldn’t hear the music from the VIP area!
