Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night

Funhouse Comedy Club brings another night full of laughter to Meadow Covert, Edwalton on Monday November 18th.

Topping the bill is winner of Best Act in the Midlands Comedy Awards 2016 the exciting and energetic Duncan Oakley, who powers out a deft blend of stupidity mixed with impressive musicianship that yields hilarious results. His easy confidence and good natured banter leaves the crowd wanting for more.

Opening the night will be the effortlessly engaging Andrew Bird, who has appeared on TV on The Russell Howard Hour, was the support act on Michael McIntyre's recent arena tour and has also supported Rhod Gilbert and Lee Hurst on tour, as well as performing internationally. Watching The Young Ones with his brothers as an eight year old, at two in the morning on Comic Relief, he realized then that he wanted to be funny in some way. With his personal appeal and superbly crafted, funny anecdotes, he captivates his audiences.

Also appearing is award winning magician Alex Cahill with his cutting edge, interactive magic that is sure to provoke lots of laughter.

Completing the line-up will be the uniquely amusing Dom Bant

Compere for the night is Fran Jenking, who warms up the audience with his unique style of friendly banter.
