Review of Save The Rave: 90's Festival - Newark
I went last year and the music area was outside unlike this year where it was in a hangar which wasn't the best idea as people didn't mix as much.
Overall, the music was awesome, it was a great day out and lots of people (including me) appeared to be enjoying themselves.
I'll be going to next year's save the rave.

Review of Save The Rave: 90's Festival - Newark
Not advertised as described, it was advertised as outdoor festival. It was Not an outdoors festival but an indoors Wearhouse 90s Rave, the only outdoors was drink and food stools and toilets. Toilets absolutely disgusting, no security on the toilets, women urinating in men's sinks, faeces all over and blocked, even in VIP area. No morals.
Drinks over priced £7 a drink, unless you wanted water or soft drinks was £3, food defiantly over priced, £5 for tray of fries, £14 plain pizza, £10 loaded fires.
Each DJ sets, played same tunes, with different beats. Once beat got going and started to Dance in rhythm, the beat changed to mellow or something else that want 90s. My Party and I got sick of hearing the same tunes over and over all day and night. DJs, you need to talk with each other of who playing what and there are more tunes in 90s than you played. To top it off, being in enclosed space, we all caught covid. Member of my Party has Autism and does not like enclosed crowed spaces, so ended up leaving early. Reason I book this was it was advertised at an outdoor festival, and close to home, which I understand was changed at last minute to indoors, incase it rained and not wanting to damage the grass area due to cost of repair. This is what I was told at end of the night from manager. Would I go again defiantly not.
I also went to the Look-A-Like festival following day, Which was advertised as outdoors, which again was not but in wear house. Same issues with toilets but even worse. and had to pay £10 for parking, which was not explained when booking.
Everyone was friendly. All age range for both events and disabilities- Wheel Chair users.

Review of Look-A-Like Festival: Tribute Festival Newark
Venue was indoors not outdoors as advertised, indoor toilets were disgusting from the doors opening, no atmosphere due to this, people sitting on picnic rugs in concrete floors, people sat outside doors due to warm weather and too hot inside, sound distorted due to echo in the venue, poor organisation, no signage for which car park, very little info on website, prices of food and drink were too high, left at 1930 as it wasn't worth staying till the end. 1st and last year there, so disappointed 😞
