Review of The Snowflake Ball
Food was cold and not enough to go around and the video and photography staff were rude and inconsiderate. We sat in a very dark spot on the 1st floor so could hardly see our food. The venue and entertainment were great. We had a table of 12.

Place was great .
Buffet food disappointed as when finally after queing there was no food left and nothing being replaced and food was cold.
Seating was in the corner and could not see the stage at all so was not a nice place to be seated .
Arrived at 6.50 to be told to wait til 7 to be let in and to had to wait outside in the cold until 7.10

It wasn't organised well. Not enough food/food cold that was available. Promoters rushing/barging into and past paying customers to video and take photos to promote the event, disregarding the current paid for customers enjoyment. Not enough suitable glasses at the bar for each specific drink.

I felt the whole night a bit if a shame and it was all about the money made, the vodka fountain i wouldn't use because every man and his dog used the same downpipe to have a shot, didn't see the caseno tables the chocolate fountain dissappear quickly, prices for the bar really expensive, wouldn't go again only thing we liked was the venue. Sorry SnowFlake Ball never again
