I am very unsatisfied with the experience. I was looking forward to this event and travelled a long way to get there. The event itself was great but the venue was shocking. I got told I wasn’t allowed to go into the room where the djs I paid to see where playing and got told I had to go into a different room as it was too overcrowded? I get for health and safety reasons that is fair however due to stealth overselling tickets I didn’t get the experience I paid for and won’t be recommending anyone to go to that venue.

oversold event, was sold for venue capacity when only 2 rooms where in use when it has 3 room capacity. had to queue for 30 mins to see hedex, others definitely didn't get a chance due to bad set timings
