Too much fighting at the Swan

The venue selling vip tickets with the promise of exclusive bar and toilets was a lie. I had to queue up for 20 mins to get a drink and 15-20 mins each time to go to the toilet. Very disappointing....
Security staff didn't care if people were smoking inside the vip area.
