AVOID AVOID AVOID ! Paid for few tickets for myself and friends, waited in a long que in the freezing cold (weather was not their fault ), only to get through to the entrance where we were racially profiled and denied entry as we were the 'only' brown boys there. The bouncer told us the manager had given them this information and they couldn't do anything about it... asked for a refund, we were told to request it online the next day from the website we bought the tickets on, got an email a week later saying refund request denied and they don't legally have to refund you and to contact them directly, emailed them about this and no reply. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS SO MANY BETTER PLACES IN NOTTINGHAM, RUN BY RACIST MANAGEMENT ! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Review of Hospitality Nottingham
Good little venue - the sound system in the main room is formidable, and when the lights and lasers get going it's quite the spectacle. Second room is cool too. Friendly staff and a good crowd, and the atmosphere was spot on. Would definitely go again.

Review of Unit 13
The bouncers are a disgrace. I asked them politely if I was able to leave the club and then go back in, to which they said yes. When I returned 5 minutes later they said me and my mate were barred due to “managements orders” so I asked management what the order was and he said he hadn’t given one. I then told the bouncers this so they then told me they didn’t have to give me a reason. I said that I’d gladly leave id they told me why yet they couldn’t tell me why and when they clearly realised I was right tried to get me to react by mocking my name and telling me I was going nowhere in life, which is quite ironic given they’ve working on the door of a club at their age. Overall a disgraceful experience, I’m the first to admit when my friends deserve to be kicked out, but this wasn’t one of those times and I deliberately remained calm so that the situation couldn’t be turned on me yet this is what they attempted to do. Clearly they were bullied in school and think this is their chance to take it back out on younger people. Avoid at all costs
