Every year we always find that the club class is great value for money with what is offered. You can never underestimate what a cool (and morning post drinking) shower can do for you! The staff were very friendly and will get another club class band next year. However as I've done a Hat Trick (or Hat TRUCK if you love bad jokes) then possible money back would be a well gesture ;) . Thank for for looking after us this year!!!

There were very few showers and a lot of people using them, queues were huge at all times of the day. Only one member of staff was actually friendly, paying £50 for a shower isn't an issue if you can actually get a shower but the showers just dribbled down the walls of the cabins, no pressure at all. It was a total rip off, would never use them again!

Definitely worth the money for Klub Klass. Proper toilets that are not full of s**t and stink are a massive bonus. And being able to shower was a godsend.

such an amazing festival, had an incredible time couldn’t have asked for anything better from it. club class was amazing so clean and handy made the whole festival more enjoyable with not having to worry about feeling clean. lovely staff and brilliant facilities!

The clubclass pass was not luxury - ran out of soap, doors didn't lock on some of the toilet, weren't cleaned very regularly, not enough toilets or showers therefore often very long queues.

Club Class Luxury Pass? More like the luxury passed me by! Waited around an hour for a shower on Sat am due to technical probs. The CC team worked hard to resolve, but the eventual shower was still pretty underwhelming. Not a bad product by any means, but at £50 per person, it’s overpriced and the “luxury” element is definitely overstated. I suppose compared with no showers or flushing toilets then anything is luxury! So in summary, not bad at all, but don’t take the mickey with the marketing.

Great to have showers and toilets but just a shame that they were not open on the Monday morning or past 11Pm or before 8AM. There was also issues with the pumping and drainage system which held up the use of the toilets for a while which was inconvenient.

Great time! Definitely need more toilets in the campsite and the ones in the arena to be emptied more regularly!

Club class absolute rip off - queued for an hour at 8am - then water just trickled out. So over subscribed - and not facilitated for the numbers. I would recommend truck festival to everyone but club class to no-one.
