About

NOA is a Community Association based in North Oxford. We are a registered charity with membership open to all. We are financed by modest membership subscriptions, reinforced by charitable donations and small grants from the local authorities. We are managed by volunteers with an elected governing Council and Officers drawn from among the members. Our NOA Management Committee meets weekly and our Finance and General Purpose Committee meets four times a year, plus the AGM. Anyone can become a NOA member
