Was a nice night, main issue was the fact the event didn't start on time and we were waiting outside in the cold, felt like the organisation could've been better

Good value event. Not very busy so atmosphere was lacking a bit. Quicker service at the bar this time too. Need more music and lights out in between bingo x

There was not enough staff working behind the bar so queuing for 45 minutes + to get a drink/ order food. Put a real downer on the night.

The music was entertaining but my downside was that the leader kept interrupting the calling of the bingo numbers
Also didn’t like how he called us all bastards I thought that was completely unnecessary and very common

Poorly organised and poorly executed.
2 members of bar staff so took 45 mins to get a drink. No marketing up, it looked like they had forgotten there was an event on..
2 people on book sales, so queued out the door so some people missed the whole first half. Sound issues were really bad, the performers kept altering settings on their machines. Security were a joke! Refusing to through a group out for bringing booze in. There was trying to reason with them during the bingo. Ridiculous. Staff told me I couldn't smoke outside the front, even though that's where we always smoke, and the venue staff were all smoking there! Poor, just glad I got buy one get one free tickets. Not worth any more than a tenner each!! Music was ok

A group of us ladies went to this event and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere was great, the music was great, the compère was great and funny. All in all a fab night and we’re now looking forward to the next event

Very disorganised. Too many queues. Been to other events there that have been better organised. Handed the tickets out whilst in the queue. Had to queue twice this time. Lights were on, better when they were out, you could still see the tickets. Not enough bar capacity to get drinks. Table service very slow. Bingo caller to quick. Missed out on a prize. No pens given out despite being advised they would be. Entertainment was good and liked the disco bingo despite the naff prizes. Overall ok. Been to better unfortunately.
