Review of Alive At Argyle 2024
Loved it but we did pay VIP for 4 of us to be told when we got there that my sons couldn't come in with me. As much as they enjoyed themselves up front it did put a dampener on things when it rained. But we can't control the weather
We did miss Becky Hill as we were cueing for an hour for drinks at VIP. The poor guys were run of their feet bless them
All in all though we had a great day and night. Look forward to next year

Review of Alive At Argyle 2024
Poorly organised, only having a few gates open to get in.. then locating the bars next to the entrance causing massive congestion.. so much wasted space outside which could have had more bars or potential tents with other acts going on.. the busiest place was the corridors were the depo was playing. Queuing for drinks for over and hour in a small stadium festival

Review of Alive At Argyle 2024
Overall the event was a bit of a let down. The 'strict' last entry time and no re-entry meant that at around 3pm there was a surge of arrivals, the queue to get in was really long, as well as the queues for the bar and for the toilets. If the event was to spend the majority of your time waiting in queues with some background music, it was a great time! They definitely should've arranged for port-a-loos outside as there wasn't enough toilets for everyone. They had bar staff who were underage just standing around behind the bar, not able to serve anyone. The staff were really friendly though, it was manic for them. The food options were extremely limited, they could've had lots of local food vendors but dominos pizza did the job.
The weather let the event down a little but you could definitely get past that and embrace it! Hopefully with better planning and consideration for everyone, if they do another one, it would be a lot better.

Review of Alive At Argyle 2024
Absolutely awful, drugs everywhere, paid extra for VIP but was not worth it, people without VIP wristbands were in the VIP bar getting drinks which made the queue massive, did not feel safe what so ever! Security definitely was not doing there checks to see if VIP wrist bands were being worn, people taking drugs everywhere for example In the line waiting to be served at the bar

Review of Alive At Argyle 2024
The venue got very dirty very quickly. The toilets were not adequate for the capacity and I queued for 45 minutes with no management of people going in the wrong sex toilets, pushing in or going in the exit doors.
I saw people stood against walls weeing where they stood, ladies too, with security not being able to do anything about it.
The queues made the crowd quite agitated and there was overt drug taking and it also got quite aggressive which I've not experienced at a dance event before either.
