The Groundlings Theatre (formerly the Old Beneficial School) is a beautiful Grade 2 listed Old Beneficial School in Portsea, not far from Gunwharf Quays. The building incorporates a theatre, drama school, even hire space and an extensive wardrobe hire facility. It is available to hire for functions, parties, corporate events and meetings.
