Terrible organisation from the promoters/organisers; refused entry as we didn't have ID - at no point on any of the tick*ts/emails/event info did it state anywhere that ID would be needed for entry. The only place this was posted was on the promotors Instagram page, which is useless unless you follow them. The ID checks weren't even for age or to confirm tick*ts, literally just scanning to check ID's were real. To refuse entry for this is ridiculous and to only post it on your Instagram page is arrogant and of poor form. Wasted money and evening.

Excellent event. Kind, fun, understanding and supportive staff. Just some really silly behaviour and I got hurt a little. Top tier entertainment, staff, event, sound quality, DJs and overall c***king event and will go to another one but the behaviour of others just needs to be sorted a bit quicker.
