Superb evening of effervescent pop punk alternative joy. 2 percussionists, 2 guitars and a powerful bass. A keyboard player with a trumpet sideline. 5 backing vocals fronted by a non stop singer full of energy. What joy.

Three bands including Personal Trainer. Come on; what more do you want! Venue is a complete gem. I'd never been before. Authentic and simple: it's just what it is. Basically the bands play in the corner of a big room above the pub below. The audience stand so nearby, it becomes almost part of the performance. Personal Trainer utterly thrived in such an environment and it really felt a privilege to have seen them. Thank you!
