Review of CABBAGE // The blinders // Queen Zee & the Sasstones
I'd seen Cabbage a few times and they never disappoint. The Blinders and Queen Zee were new to me and both were brilliant. I would definitely recommend catching these shows, you won't regret it.
A better selection of draught beers wouldn't go amiss on the bar though.

Review of WE ARE HOUSE U18\'s Preston - End of Summer Foam Party!
Parents concerns...Under 18's evacuated 40 mins before finishing time, I understand it was due to a medical emergency but I'm sure something else could have been arranged instead of removing 12-17 yr olds outside at 10.20pm while they wait for parents to collect, this was in the city centre on a bank holiday. Other than that Daughter really enjoyed the event!!

Still great, 30 years on
I never expected to hear A Liberal Education at the NMA gig in Preston last night. What was probably a warm up gig for the Bearded Theory festival which starts today, turned out to be one of the best NMA gigs I've been to.
There was so many surprises in the set, 225, and 1984, all in the wake of Thatchers overdue demise
The Hunt too, I remember when that was a new song in the set. If your going to Bearded Theory make sure you catch NMA cos it'll be a blinder.
