Teams must be one Male one Female
Each workout is designed to push your limits, test your endurance, speed and strength.
Workout One - 12 minute time cap
1.5km run
Max wall balls in remaining time
5kg weight
Score = total reps
Workout Two - 12 minute time cap
1.5km run
Max Dumbbell Snatches in remaining time
Male - 20kg / Female - 15kg
Score = total reps
Workout Three - 12 minute time cap
1.5km run
Max Burpee Broad jump 10m lengths
Score = total lengths
FINAL - Top three scoring pairs
