Review of Red Moon Joe @ Chew's Yard
Nice venue, with Bernie Blackburn's signs over the walls. The venue itself was ok maybe better signage for the food vendors is required, ie what time food id served from.
The pop ip bar was ok, I didn't like the fact a 1/2 of J W Lees keg beer beer was nearly £4, whilst a pint was a £1 extra, a 1/2 should be 1/2 price. They could maybe do a collaboration with Chain House beers in the future but maybe being open Thurs - Sunday, was a limiting factor in that??.
Red Moon Joe were on good form, although initially there were problems with a monitor speaker, it resolved itself.
From what i've heard Red Moon Joe were well received. Be interested to see what other artists have been booked for the other few days running up to Christmas.
Can't wait to see what changes if any have been made to the venue before it opens in April 2024.

Great night watching a great band, Chews Yard has the potential to be very good social and entertainment venue and I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops in the New Year.

Review of Chord in the Act & Adventures in New Music DJs @ Chew's Yard
A great act and brilliant venue, definitely needs to become a permanent fixture in Preston. Didn't eat there but the food looked very good. The drinks were priced reasonably I thought. Look forward to visiting again.

Really impressed with the venue. So much potential to be the place to go in Preston. Just wasn't keen on the band, a bit wedding band like but that's just personal taste. I think the place could be a whole lot more.

Toilets need finishing touches
Entertainment needs work on as there was no DJ on after the band had played, but would try it again soon ,lovely atmosphere and staff were great thank for a good night.
