Absolutely brilliant, we all loved it, only part i wasn't impressed with was adults pushing kids out of way while there steaming or on what ever.. apart from that it was brilliant,

Very disappointed
One child’s game ( musical statues) lasted 45 mins with the same song
kids was board
Took 1 hour of queuing for food
Bouncy castle was far to small

Review of The naughty elf\'s big Christmas party
Shocking food, food served cold, cutlery was not clean and was rammed overflowing in box, catering staff did not being any Christmas cheer, they were miserable!!
The food was packets of Turkey on a plate, pigs in blanket uncooked and not edible, veg may aswel been mashed up as it was over cooked and tasted like mush, childrens meals DID NOT have any drinks with them. For a childrens entertainment venue/ party for children drinks are a must (choking hazard). especially when paying £14.95 per head! Disgraceful, staff again became unpleasant, food not cleared away to be able to enjoy the entertainment. Pictures were published on the venues website (a copy from the day would have been appreciated) over all the day was under staffed, and they became overwhelmed with the demands. My children became frightened of the elf with Santa as she ripped my child’s tag off her arm and did allow her to have her picture taken, the system was all wrong for the pictures to be taken and such a shame my children we’re too upset to go back to Santa. Shocking

Shocking food service regarding the meals for both adults and children. For children she entertainment venue the staff under performed in all aspects needed. The elves were brilliant towards the children but the showbar catering staff could NOT keep up with the demands for 300 people. Food was left on the table throughout the entertainment- not suitable for children who were trying to get to the dance floor for the entertainment, food all over the floor in multiple places. No supervision when I’m the crafts area which was also a disgrace as it was not set up before arrival, bouncy castle arrived late and was also unsupervised. It was utter carnage from start to finish. I would definitely not go again or recommend this venue/ service for children.

Review of Breakfast with Santa
Yes the boys had a good time. Well done team the food was good and they had food for people with diary allergy the lady showed my daughter the packages and cooked the pancakes in a separate pan. Well done to the lad on the bouncy castle he did his best to keep in under control. A sign next time would be good ie there is a queue and only so many at a time. This would be for the adults benefit controlling their child. Do adults not realise bouncy castles are dangerous if not used correctly
