THE PANTOMIME ON THE WHOLE WAS GOOD THE CHILDREN LOVED IT BUT THE ORGANISATION OF THE EVENT WAS VERY ALARMING. THE CONTROL OF THE WHOLE EVENT WAS SHAMBOLIC MOST OF THE AUDIENCE LEFT BEFORE HALF TIME . WAITING FOR A FULL HOUR FOR AN EVENT TO BEGIN WITH SMALL CHILDREN PROVED JUST TO MUCH WITH NO EXPLANATION OR ENTERNTAINMENT TO KEEP PEOPLE OCCUPIED MAYBE HAVE SOMEONE TO WARM UP WITH SONGS OR SOMETHING FIRST THE BOUNCY CASTLES WERE COMPLETELY UNSAFE AND NOT SUPERVISED THE TOILETS IN A TERRIBLE STATE THANK GOD NO HEALTH AND SAFETY VISIT WAS CARRIED OUT

It was absolutely bedlam there was no organisation and all the children were running riot I bought 4 x family tickets at £16.75 and I want a full refund immediately thank you

Kids left to run wild. Waiting time from doors open to show start too long. Poor story line/link to the story Aladdin. Poor acting. Songs not relatable for the kids.

Awful event. The tickets stated 4.30 til 7.30 but only started at 5 30. Was the worst thing iv ever seen. We left after 30 mins and so did many other families. I'll be trying to get my money refunded

the best bits came near the end of the second part. 50% of the audience left before the second half and another 30% left during that. only £5 a ticket but really was a boring show apart from the participation parts. I would say only 60-75 people stayed to the end. they had 2 bouncy castles for kids but then left them on during the show so it affected the sound as we could hear them constantly. issues with sound of actors too. some very low so we struggled to hear and one dodgy mic that kept cutting out and instead of sorting it or using different one they carried on so we had no idea what was said. actors did try their best but it just didn't work. also lots of kids got bored and were just running around like they were in a playground and it made it even noisier along with alot of the audience talking throughout and a few groups of teenagers being loud.

it was over a hour late starting, when it did start the mics didnt work , the acting was terrible . kids were fed up and screaming .. ive seen better school pantomimes.we left half way through as did 3/4 of the audience..2. 1/2 hours of hell and we only stayed till half way through.

The show itself was good but the noise of the bouncy castle distracted from the show. And children running around throughout show was disappointing. Feel sorry for the actors who have spent time doing the show. I choose to leave with my daughter half way through

No food other than snacks and the performance was not the best. Issues with sound on more than one occasion. Nothing like Aladdin whatsoever

They had tech issues through what we stayed for and we only stayed for maybe an hour/hour and a half of the actual performance - the sound of the air for the bouncy castle drowned out what little we could hear of the actors - not ideal, not horrific either and I’m sure with no tech issues or overpowering bouncy castle air pump noise it would have been fine but this meant the kids couldn’t hear and we ended up leaving unfortunately

I booked here thinking we would have a seat to watch the match, didn't realise that it was standing only. Bar service was terrible, waited 25 mins to get a drink. Tried to use the app but most drinks were showing as sold out although you could clearly see them behind bar. We left half way through the event as the service was a joke. Definitely won't return to this venue again
