Amazing hour, staff were fantastic and really engaged and got the children excited. I do think it's a little pricey especially for the adult ticket £11.80 when already £20 for the child, my son loved it so would pay again just seems a little excessive for an adult ticket. Hot chocolate was lovely and my son beamed from the moment it started to finish.

We had an absolute amazing hour with The Grinch and friends.
My daughter is at that awkward stage where she enjoys the grinch but doesn't want to join in. All the characters came and talked with her, found out her name and made a massive effort to get her involved throughout the hour.
Was so much fun, Thankyou!
If I could leave a little advice for next year, its to have an older aged children slot. (I think she woulda had a better time if she was surrounded by kids her age and not toddler/ small kids)

Lovely place and staff did an amazing job, however, I don't think it was very clear that it is a child's party, as it said it was a "show". Staff were all lovely and a lovely atmosphere, but not for adults

We came to this event and enjoyed it .
The only thing that needs improving is the time we were told it would be an hour it was 45 mins not good value for money

Was a fantastic experience a little over priced and it comes to abit of an abrupt end didn't seem to know what was going on if it was actually finished or not. Would have been nice for kids to receive a little gift given how expensive it is. I'm glad I took my grinch obsessed son. But wouldn't go again.

The best Christmas experience we have had this year. My daughter is obsessed with the grinch and it's very easily done.. wrong. But the grinch was amazing, funny and had everyone laughing. The show overall was amazing, and it was Christmas chaos from the get go! There's a reason it's sold out every weekend!

Not worth the money paid, felt like we paid £20 for a watery hot chocolate for our daughter. Wasn't very well organised and felt like we were in an episode of Phoenix Nights all that was missing was the snake bouncy castle.

So much better than I expected. The kids were scared of the Grinch, but soon relaxed when they realised how funny he was. The effort from the staff was great, I was so impressed. Perfect Christmas vibes x

What an amazing experience. No expense spared with the wonderful Christmas decorations and the Grinch and characters. My granddaughter loved it. The snow at the end just made for a perfect Christmas experience. Well done.
