Over priced for premium ticket as there was no vip for toilets and drinks compared to regular ticket

Absolutely shocking prices, £5 for a single can of lager/cider is frankly daylight robbery! People should be allowed to bring in their own food and drinks after already paying for tickets to the event. Not being able to leave and re-enter is also not great after paying for tickets and the event being over such a long period of time. Also plenty of toilets but not 1 sanitary bin so unfortunately women are forced to just leave used sanitary items lying around, which in 2024 is just appalling. Other than that the show itself was really good.

Great event, music was fantastic however!.... Being informed of Gluten free food products really needs sorting, my wife ate supposedly Gluten free food to be violently sick due to miss information and advice, next year she will be taking her own food to prevent this happening again!
Other than feeling poorly for a few hours afterwards, we did enjoy ourselves.

Excellent day as always. Only one piece of (constructive) criticism - queues for bars & toilets were far too long this year (up to 30 minutes) and this could easily put people off for future events. Noticeably fewer staff on hand. If this was a cost-cutting measure, it's counterproductive for SRBC. Don't kill the golden goose you've created in previous years .

Music was fantastic apart from Bez, who was awful and killed the atmosphere.
Prices on the food was far too high, and the bar system/ layout needs reviewing as the queues were ridiculous.
Otherwise a fantastic day.
