G.M.T Live Showcase

Join us for an eclectic night of electronic music in a truly intimate and unique venue. 

MC Squared is bringing you something a bit different to your usual club night. A carefully curated line up of producers, DJs and selectors who will take you on their personal musical journeys to create emotion, make you groove and perhaps even, dare we say, sing out loud. We believe there is a space for those of us who want to enjoy our night out in a less intense environment - not all night, not somewhere very loud but rather a more relaxed environment focused on creating a relaxing experience for us to unwind after a long week and enjoy some quality sounds. For this event, we want to showcase someone really special : G.M.T, who is a multi-instrumentalist of exceptional talent and willl be performing live at CultureMix Arts & Music Centre. 

Grand Master Timmy, aka Tim Erich, was one of the founding members of Tribe of Munt, a legendary free party sound system from London. Tim has been developing a unique live sound which consists of live looping, sampling, deep basslines and live guitar. His live sets are deeply captivating and immersive and meander between breaks, dub, hip hop and dnb - a true treat for any music lover.

Reading's music scene stalwarts ILL Collins b2b Luther Andross with their usual set of funky awesomeness 

Uncontrolled Substance with a special producer set of unreleased material (truly one of a kind experience to hear Kev's artistic output) 

Lady Infidel (Greatest Hits Set - yes, its party karaoke and yes, bad singing will be actively encouraged)

Komotive with a surprise set of 4x4 groove and bounce techno
