It's my 2nd year going to this event and it's just brilliant.All the faces are familiar and friendly from the bar staff to the event crew, to the lovely ladies scanning tick*ts and managing the cloakroom.

Really good ude of the two rooms meant there was always a band to watch, really good bar prices and friendly staff and barstaff, good to be abe to speak to all the bands inbetween and after sets, very good tick*t pricing aswell

Review of Reading Rising 2024
I attended the Friday night session with 4 bands playing, headlined by Marisa and the Moths. The venue was a short walk from the centre of Reading and easy to find. It reminds me of a social club atmosphere and I instantly felt at ease with the speed of entry and clearly happy members of staff. The beer was a reasonable price and there was a good selection to choose from. The the quality of the bands and the sound system were surprisingly good and the headliners absolutely blew me away with their performance. I went home a very happy man

Review of Reading Rising 2024
Under age people accusing my friend of indecent action which was incorrect and he was asked to leave after no investigation. Totally unacceptable as we are seasoned gig goers and respect all people and venue rules every time we go out to gig. It ruined our experience and I will not be attending Reading Rising again after this shambles of an experience. I would like to add the doorman were very respectful.
