You should be open for longer on the daysm=, ESPECIALLY on the monday morning when people are leaving in the early hours of the morning and need to collect their deposits/return the chargers. I would suggest being open through the night.

The charge candy was great, it kept my phone charged throughout the entire festival.
It was really easy to use and replace each day, it also hand a light which was handy to use in the evenings when it got dark.

Chargers died after 30 minutes everytime I got one, staff were rude and you only get one charger a day. Waste of money.

It was a good purchase however I found that the charger didn’t last as long as I hoped for and barley gave me one full charge on my phone which was not very handy when camping for 4 days.

The charger had cost around £27 (£10 of which was a deposit that I wouldve receive back after i return the charger, providing that charge candy had left the stalls open on monday for me to return the charger as they said they would on Sunday). Not only did I spend almost £30 on a portable charger I did not plan to keep I was completely ripped off as the charger barley had enough battery to fully charge my phone even once. As well as this, I had to complain to charge candy in more than one occasion as the supposedly new charger given to me at the exchange had less that full battery. To top off my awful experience with charge candy, the cheaply made portable charger had ruined my actual phone battery, making it lose power quicker and more often than usual. (I spoke with the 16 other people I attended the festival with who also purchased a charge candy, as well as around 10 other people who we had met and had also purchased charge candy who have all had the same problem with their phone batteries. I would absolutely MOT recommend charge candy to anyone.
