I was never informed that I would only get one portable charger a day unlike last year with a different company you could get as many as you wanted. You also had to pay a £10 deposit which I was also unaware of, I also thought at the end of the week I could keep the charger which I could last year. I thought it was way to expensive for what it was. The band that was given was awful it ripped and fell of many times compared to last year where it was a fabric band similar to the reading entry bands.

Festival was great but the chargecandy was not! No one knew where to get it and I couldn't get my refund back at the end of the festival.

The festival was great but the chargers didn’t always work and stay on and would switch off and only got one a day for the price when last year was unlimited chargers

Chargecandy's chargers were often not charged enough themselves and only increased my battery life to 50% not worth the £20, would not use again.

Was only allowed one battery pack a day, which only took your phone to 30% before dying. The pack only last about an hour on average.
