Review of The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Club - Reading
Craig came on at midnight for two hours. The lead in DJ was playing weird downbeat mix. Venue only half full, the lights way too bright. Like being at a school disco! Craig played some nice funk and soul mixed over beats for maybe 30 mins of a good mix. The rest was crash mixing, downbeat, really weird. Maybe the small cried didn’t help but no atmosphere or engagement from Craig. Damp squib.

Such a good time!
My only complaint was that one of the act’s MC would not stop stopping the music to get us to cheer. Like every couple of minutes. Really threw off the dancing

Review of DrumFest Events presents: Unglued & Jam Thieves
Wow..Edex stole the night, not the main act but really should have been, he was mixing some bloody awesome music, new fresh talent just what DNB need... will follow him for sure
