Bar was managed bad. Waited 45min to be served. Waiters kept walking off and you wouldn't see them back for ages.
Very slow at serving.
Bottomless c**ktails was not c**ktails. No alcohol in them..... drinking pure juice

Venue wasn’t the greatest. None of the toilet doors locked. People were being sick on the floor . I’d wasn’t checked. Bags were not searched on the way in which was a little bit worrying. We’ve been to several London UKG’s and they were a cut above this one.
