The Venue - The Club opened in December 1999, in order to provide an alternative to the generally uninspiring nightlife of Reading. Music genres in the club vary nightly, styles include Funky house, Drum and Bass, R+ B, Techno, and Soul, with special promoters hosting events until 4am.
